Baby Gray #3

Some of you may or may not know... but Little Baby Gray #3 is due September 19th! This pregnancy has gone by SO fast. As of right now we are 19 weeks, almost halfway!

So far everyone is healthy and growing slowly... thank goodness. I was a little scared that #3 might completely explode my body, but so far He/She has been extreamly kind to Momma.

My next appointment is scheduled for May 9th. This will be my 21 week sonogram and we will find out the sex of the baby. I'm betting its a girl, Byron is still rooting for a boy but we will take a healthy baby!

We waited a little while before we told our families about #3... just so we could cherish him/her on our own for a little bit. Selfish, I know but it was nice knowing something that no one else knew. We finally told Tamra and Robert when Anne and Davy came to visit us. We all gathered around in the living room and I read a re-vamped verson of the Cat in the Hat while Thing 1 and Thing 2 played their parts OH SO WELL:

I call this game: FUN-IN-A-BOX

In this box are two things I will show to you now.
You will like these two things, Said the cat with a bow.

I will pick up the hook.
You will see something new.
Two things. And I call them
Thing 1 and Thing 2
These Things will not bite you.
They want to have fun.
Then, out of the box
Came Thing 2 and Thing 1!
And they ran to us fast.
They said, “how do you do?
Would you like to shake hands with Thing One
And thing two?

And we did not know what to do.
So we had to shake hands
With Thing One and Thing Two.
We shook their two hands.
But our Fish said, NO! NO!
Those Things should not be
In this house! Make them Go!
They should not be here
When your mother is not!
Put them OUT!
Put them OUT!
Said the fish in the pot.

Have no fear, little fish,
Said the cat in the hat.
These Things are good Things.
And he gave them a pat.
They are tame. Oh, so tame!
They have come here to play.
They will give you some fun
On this wet, wet, wet day!

Now here is a game that they like,
Said the cat.
They like to fly Kites,
Said the Cat in the Hat.
NO! Not in the House!
Said the fish in the pot.
They should not fly kites
In a house. They should not!
Oh, the things they will bump!
Oh, the things they will hit!
Oh, I do not like it!
Not one little bit!

Then we saw them run down the hall
We saw those two Things Bump their Kites on the wall!
Bump! Thump! Thump! Bump!
Down the wall in the hall!

Thing Two and Thing One!
They ran up! They ran Down!
On the string of one kite
We saw Mother’s new gown!
Her gown with the big white dot?
Oh, what could this mean?
Could it possibly be?

That THING 3

Is soon to be?

It was a super fun way to "let the cat out of the bag" per say... However, I think GiGi got a little too into the story because at the end she still didn't get what the story really ment. After a little explaining from her son and ALLOT of laughter she finally caught up with the rest of the group!

Here are some pictures of our "BIG WHITE DOT"

13 Weeks, Sorry this one is sideways...
Patiently waiting,

Funny Baylee Story

A couple of days ago Baylee and I pulled up into the church parking lot to pick Saydee up from school and Baylee begged me to let her go in by herself and get her little sister.... She was very convincing and so darn cute that I actually said yes. It was the cutest experience EVER! They both came running down the sidewalk... lunch sack in one hand and little sister in the other with huge smiles and screams of MOMMA!!! I scooped both of them up and got little sister all buckled into her car seat and walked around to help Baylee buckle in her booster seat. As I was doing all this Baylee asked me this question: "Mom, since I went in and got Sissy, does that mean I get chore money when we get home?" I kind of chuckled to myself and told her, No Honey... sometimes we just do things out of the goodness of our hearts. I then proceeded to close the door and she stuck out her right arm AND leg to stop the door... I peeked around and looked at her and she had the funniest most questioning look on her face and said with both arms up in the air... "WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?"

I could hardly compose myself I was laughing so hard. When I shared that story with Tamra she laughed and said that was a really good teaching moment... did you tell her what it means? Of course I said NO, because I laughed ALL the way home!

This little girl keeps us on our toes. ALL. THE. TIME.

Howdy!

Where have we been lately? That's a really good question! I'll let you know just as soon as I can remember! I'm not sure if its my mushy pregnancy brain or all the crazy busy weeks we have had lately. I'm not going to overload myself with trying to catch up on every single picture since.... oh.... maybe OCTOBER... but I will post a few to bring us up to date. I'm hoping to take about 30 minutes each week to update this blog, so please pray for me! HA!

Here we go....
Easter Cuteness... No prize egg for Baylee this year but she can tell you the Easter Story! PRAISE GOD!

3 First Place Ribbons! Barrels, Flag & Keyhole
Sunday night when Byron tucked her into bed she told him she wanted to
practice more so she can do it by herself.... Not too sure Mom is ready for it, but Dad had a big
smile on his face. (and somewhat of a prideful puffed up chest!)
Our little girl is growing up.

Little Miss Grumpy pants.... Now, I wonder where she gets that from?
She was telling me "NO-WA".
Translation = NO, don't take my picture MOM!
